Loader Arm

Loader Arm is the core component of the working device, which can be divided into single board type, double board type, and box type according to its structure:

Single board type boom: simple structure, good processability, but low strength and stiffness, mostly used for small loaders.

Double plate and box type boom: with complex structure, high strength and stiffness, suitable for large and medium-sized loaders with high load-bearing capacity requirements.

According to the longitudinal center shape, the boom can be divided into curved and straight types:

Linear boom: mainly used for forward rotating linkage working devices.

Curved boom: mainly used for reversing linkage working devices.

Design Features

Materials and processes: The boom is usually made of high-strength steel (such as alloy steel or carbon structural steel) and processed through laser cutting, bending, welding, and other processes. Heat treatment (such as annealing or quenching) may be performed after welding to enhance mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Lifting cylinder layout: The lifting cylinder of the boom has two layout forms: vertical and horizontal. The horizontal layout form is the most commonly used structural optimization form when the lifting cylinder is close to the horizontal position during insertion.
