Packing

1. Packaging materials and methods

High strength packaging materials: Choose high-strength packaging materials such as wooden boxes, iron boxes, or steel frames to ensure that the connecting rod is not damaged during transportation.

Internal cushioning: foam, bubble film and other cushioning materials are used inside the package to absorb shock and impact during transportation.

Fixation and reinforcement: For large connecting rod components, brackets, straps, etc. need to be used for fixation to prevent movement or collision inside the container.

2. Rust and moisture prevention treatment

Rust prevention measures: Apply rust proof oil or paint to the metal surface of the connecting rod to prevent rusting due to moisture during sea transportation.

Sealed packaging: Wrap the connecting rod with sealing materials such as rust proof film and plastic film to prevent moisture and salt spray from entering.

Moisture proof material: Place desiccants inside the packaging to absorb any moisture that may be generated.

3. Identification and Marking

Clear identification: Print clear product name, model, weight, size, destination and other information on the outside of the packaging for easy identification during transportation and loading and unloading processes.

Warning signs: indicate warning symbols such as "Fragile", "Moisture proof", "Upward", etc., to remind the handling personnel to pay attention.

4. Transportation and fixation

Reasonable packing: Based on the size and weight of the connecting rod, choose a suitable container or pallet for packing to ensure that the connecting rod is firmly fixed inside the box.

Avoid movement: Use fillers or supports inside the container to prevent the connecting rod from being damaged due to shaking during transportation.

5. Documents and Insurance

Preparation of documents: Prepare the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, product manual, trade contract, bill of lading and other relevant materials in advance to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Transportation insurance: Purchase appropriate transportation insurance to cover potential losses or damages that may occur during sea transportation.
