The front, bottom, side panels, and sides of the bucket have all undergone strengthening treatment, and after welding, they have been shot blasted as a whole to eliminate stress and ensure long-term reliability.

The key parts of the bucket, such as the bottom and rear wall, are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates. The bucket teeth are designed with welded inserts and come standard with small wear-resistant plates, significantly improving the wear resistance performance.

In response to harsh working conditions such as mining, the inner wall of the bucket is strengthened, and wear-resistant plates are installed at the bottom of the bucket to extend its service life.
