Loader Tank

Product Introduction：

The loader water tank is the core component of the cooling system, which dissipates the heat generated by the engine to the outside through forced circulation of coolant, ensuring that the engine operates at a suitable temperature (80-90 ℃). Water tanks are usually composed of upper and lower water chambers, radiator cores, radiator covers, etc. Some water tanks are equipped with additional structures such as anti sway plates and heating plates to enhance performance. The cooling system also includes components such as fans, water pumps, and thermostats, which work together to maintain the thermal balance of the engine.

1. Material optimization

Aluminum water tank: The mainstream material used is aluminum, which has the advantages of high heat dissipation efficiency, light weight, corrosion resistance, etc., and is suitable for high load conditions.

Antifreeze compatibility: The water tank design supports the use of antifreeze, avoiding low-temperature freezing and high-temperature boiling, and extending the life of the cooling system.

2. Structural reinforcement

Anti shake plate design: Some water tanks are equipped with anti shake plates inside to reduce coolant shaking and improve equipment stability.

Heating plate integration: For cold regions, a heating plate is installed at the bottom of the water tank to prevent the coolant from freezing and protect the box.

3. Efficient heat dissipation

Optimization of radiator core: adopting high-density heat dissipation fins or wavy design to increase the heat dissipation area and improve heat exchange efficiency.

Fan coupling technology: Some water tanks are equipped with silicone oil fan clutches, which automatically adjust the fan speed according to the coolant temperature to reduce energy consumption.

4. Durability improvement

Corrosion resistant coating: The inner wall of the water tank is coated with a corrosion-resistant coating to reduce scale and corrosion, and extend its service life.

Sealing design: The radiator cover is equipped with a steam valve and an intake valve to maintain stable system pressure and prevent leakage.

Earthwork engineering: The water tank is suitable for small and medium-sized loaders (such as 20, 30, 50) to meet the heat dissipation needs of construction sites, road construction, and other scenarios.

Logistics warehousing: In scenarios such as ports and freight yards, water tanks ensure the stability of engines under frequent start stop and high load operation.

2. Special working conditions

High altitude environment: In response to the characteristics of low pressure and high radiation in high-altitude areas, the water tank uses antifreeze and optimized heat dissipation design to prevent the coolant from boiling.

Cold regions: The water tank with integrated heating plate can prevent the coolant from freezing and prevent the box from freezing and cracking.

3. Mines and tunnels

Open pit mines: Water tanks need to withstand high dust and high vibration environments, using high-strength materials and sealed designs to ensure heat dissipation performance.

Tunnel construction: The water tank supporting the side unloading loader needs to adapt to narrow spaces, optimize size and interface design, and facilitate installation and maintenance.
